'PaoPao" The Sea Elf Postman is having trouble at the Sandy Shell Apartment building; The address numbers just don't follow sequence; 4-5-9-7? Meanwhile; Xiao Li, a young Sea Elfette, wonders why she hasn't heard from her long lost childhood friend since she moved away. She sees Pao Pao making his daily delivery, and wonders in frustration why he seem to deliver to every other apartment but hers number 9? - and especially to apartment 6? Casting a powerful spell in frustration; She morphs into her daydream self; 'Xiao Li the Pop Star', and floats up to the roof - to join her daydream Pop band 'The Sea Elfettes' - because - well - that's just what Sea Elfettes do when they daydream.
They Break into a tune; A 'Motown style' song to the postman. While the music plays, PaoPao makes a discovery! The Elfette in apartment '6' has accidentally bent her number over to become a '9'. Embarrassed, the wayward Elfette hands over Xiao Li's mail to PaoPao - a huge pile of packages! Xiao Li looks on with delight as she sings. They all climb onto the stage and dance and sing.Well - the kids LOVE it!
